It's a Top Chef finale, y'all!  We have gotten to the top of the literal mountain and three chefs remain.  It's up to each of them to cook the meal of their lives with help from special guest sous chefs and impress a serious table of judges and guests one last time.  Simply put, sure.   An impossible feat?  For sure.  
One will be standing for the confetti dropping, bottle popping, tear grabbing conclusion and its beautiful as always, let's go!!   Also, remember Carolina?
